Urgent help with Alexandria - Venice ferry

I have a booking to take the ferry this Sunday but can not get any information out of the agents in Alex.

I have a phone number and street address for Inchcape shipping and Whalid, but getting directions, maps or GPS co ords just isn't happening.

So can anyone who had done this recently help me out with some direction and an explanation of the process please?
